Alfa Romeo Spider (1966+)

Hi All - I am going to swap out the tires on my '74 Spider shortly, and I think I am going to go back to the factory specified size - 165HR14. Looks like there are a few main options: Vredestein Sprint Classics, Pirelli Cinturato CA67, and Michelin XAS. I like the looks of the Pirellis, but the Vredesteins are the cheapest and easiest to get (through Tire Rack). Does anyone have input / personal experience with any of these options?

I bought a car with the Vredesteins on it. I like them just fine. However,I have not yet had the opportunity to compare with others. When the time comes, I may try the Pirellis.

I’m with you on keeping the original tire size though. Just the light steering alone would keep me there!
